1. You must bring a government issued driver's license or photo identification. NO EXCEPTION - NO PHOTO ID - NO CERTIFICATE.
2. You are also required to bring the print-out of the "Congratulations" page at the end of the course or a print screen of your completed sessions page to the test area with you.
3. You must also bring your MVA notice/referral letter (letter of assignment).
4. Test Area personnel are only available at the posted times.
5. The listed Test Area locations do not have information on our time schedules. It is listed below.
6. You will be required to complete a written final exam. You can review or retake the course on-line for FREE until you pass. If you fail to receive a passing grade of 80% or better on the Driver Improvement final test, the MVA requires that you wait at least 24 hours before you will be allowed to re-take the test. This applies to BOTH classroom and Internet, and ALL schools. We will not collect your fee until you pass the test.
7. Payment - We accept Cash, Money Orders, or Credit Cards (Visa/MC).

Cancellation Policy: Our policy is not to cancel unless there is an extreme weather condition. In this situation, the cancellation will be posted immediately to the TEST AREAS link under the corresponding test location.
Be aware, only the Test Areas listed below have the Log-in/Log-out verification that proves you completed your on-line program. No other driving school has access to your information.
IMPORTANT - If your schedule does not allow you to complete the final exam at a designated "test area", do not take this on-line clinic.

You may be suspended or revoked - and need the Driver Improvement Program (DIP) to get your suspension lifted or to get reinstated.
If you are revoked, you will need to complete the program as part of your reinstatement process. You will not have a referral letter telling you to complete the program by a certain date.
In all of the other instances concerning an MVA referral letter, you will need to complete the program by the Completion Date (Due Date) listed on the top of your letter or you will be suspended until you successfully finish the program.

What do I do when I finish the on-line course?

When do I get my Certificate of Completion?

You will receive your Certificate of Completion immediately after you have passed your 10-15 minute Final Exam, which you must take in-person at one our posted Test Areas. The "TEST AREAS" link is at the top of this page or on our Home Page. You will be permitted to take the final exam (at the test area) after we have checked your photo identification and verified that you have completed the 11 Session Driver Improvement Program on-line.

How much does the course cost and how do I pay for it?

The cost of the Driver Improvement Program (DIP) is $60. You will pay this fee once you have passed the Final Exam at one of our Test Areas in order to receive your Certificate of Completion. We accept Cash, Money Orders, or Credit Cards (Visa/MC).

How long do I have to complete the course?

You can complete the course at your own pace logging on and off as many times as necessary to complete the course. However, keep in mind, the MVA or court has probably given you a deadline or due date by which you need to complete the course. Remember: Completing the course includes taking the Final Exam "in-person" at one of our posted Test Areas.

Do I need any special computer system requirements or downloads to take the course?

There are NO special system requirements or downloads necessary to take this on-line course. You will need to have JavaScript enabled on your Internet browser to view some of the features in the course. If you don't know what this means, don't worry!! Most browsers (like Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape, Firefox, etc.) are JavaScript enabled already by default. So unless you have manually disabled JavaScript yourself, you will be fine.

How do I register for this course?

1. To begin, return to our Home Page and click on the "all new users click here to register" link on the left hand side of the page or on the "register" link
at the bottom of that same page.
2. Select your course.
3. Fill out the Registration form.
4. Review the information and click on the "register" button.
5. The list of sessions will appear. Click on the "start course" button to begin learning!

Do I need to use the same computer to complete the course?

No; you can log-in, re-enter, and take the course using any computer with any type of Internet connection.

If I am already registered and have exited after completing only some of the sessions, how do I re-enter the course?

Simply go to our Home Page and in the Login Box on the left, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Birthday (mm/dd/yy) just as you did when you registered for the course. Then hit the "login!" button to resume the course. Don't worry, our student progress monitoring feature will allow to pick up exactly where you left off.

What happens if I fail the Final Exam?

If you fail to receive a passing score of 80% or better on the final test, the MVA requires that you wait at least 24 hours before you will be allowed to re-take the test. This applies to BOTH classroom and Internet, and ALL schools. We will not collect your fee until you pass the test.

You may go back and review the course on-line for FREE until you pass the Final Exam at a test area.

My due date is on the 30th of this month. If I complete the program on the 30th, will the MVA be notified in time?
YES, the MVA will be notified in time. We transmit your certificate information via email to the MVA within 24 hours of your course completion. BUT REMEMBER, 'course completion' means finishing the online readings AND also coming "in-person" to one of our posted test areas to take your final exam.

Online Course Procedures

Driver Improvement Program (DIP):

You may be assigned to the Driver Improvement Program (DIP) by the MVA, the Courts, or an Administrative Law Judge, because you are suspended or revoked, or received your first moving violation while holding a provisional license.

If you are revoked, you will need to complete the program as part of your reinstatement process. You will not have a referral letter telling you to complete the program by a certain date.
Online Course Procedures In all of the other instances concerning a referral letter, you will need to complete the program by the Completion Date listed on the top of your letter or you will be suspended until you successfully finish the program.

THIS ONLINE CLASSROOM IS FREE. Any one may browse this site. BUT IN ORDER to satisfy your MVA REQUIREMENT and receive a Driver Improvement Program (DIP) completion certificate you must complete the online sessions. NEXT you will need to take a short test (average time = 15 minutes) and pay $75(Cash, Money Orders, or Credit Cards (Visa/MC)) at a TEST AREA . Be aware that a test is required whether you take an online program or a classroom program. If you fail to receive a passing grade of 80% or better, the MVA requires that you wait at least 24 hours before you will be allowed to re-take the test. This applies to BOTH classroom and Internet, and ALL schools. The fee of $45 will be charge for retest. .

INSTRUCTIONS - HOW TO COMPLETE THIS ONLINE PROGRAM AND THE FINAL EXAMINATION:

If you fail to receive a passing grade of 80% or better, the MVA requires that you wait at least 24 hours before you will be allowed to re-take the test. This applies to BOTH classroom and Internet, and ALL schools. We will not collect your fee until you pass the test. There will be a review at the end of each session.

"Official completion" of this program means that you have completed all of the online sessions, come "in-person" to take your final test, paid your fee, and received your Completion Certificate. As a provider, we are required to transmit your completion information to the Administration (the MVA) within 24 hours of your "official completion" of the course. Updating of your driving record is dependent on our transmission of your completion information to the MVA.
